14A- Halfway Reflection
- The behaviors that I have used and developed to keep up with this course making sure to look at the assignments in advance because these assignments are more than what I thought they would be. Especially the ones that call for the interviews. Another behavior is making sure to get your reviews done early if you have plans for the weekend. This class is definitely time consuming.
- I felt like giving up when having to do the interviews and I could not find people to participate in them. What pulled me through was my desire to get a good grade in the class. I'm trying to improve my gpa so one day I can go for my masters. Yes I would say my tenacious attitude has been with me for awhile. The experiences that most contribute to this would be my military experience.
- Three tips would be work ahead as much as you can, make sure to set time aside for all the assignments, and finally make sure you use the right link when submitting the assignments.

ReplyDeleteYour advice for students taking this course was very helpful. I also look at my assignments ahead of time, because I want to be prepared. Setting up interviews takes time for me, so I have try to do this a week ahead. Finding people who are willing to do interviews is difficult when everyone is busy and schedules conflict. I hope you can improve your GPA!!

ReplyDeleteYour post was really good because you went through specific sitautions that you have found yourself in, that eventually will help out others in the future. I, too, was quite surprised when I learned the amount of work this class requires. Luckily, I tend to do my assignments ahead of time in order to make sure everything gets done and I relieve some stress.
Great post, Clayton. Your tips summed up my experiences of the course pretty well. Setting up that schedule and making sure to do all the assignments in advance is an effective way to make sure you don't miss a deadline. I hope you can continue to succeed so you can have access to the master's program that you are searching for. I also like the memes that you include in your posts.
